How can we incentivise people to take initiative or interest in their health? We collaborated with Medibank over a 6 week sprint to explore how a new digital application can continue to support people on their health journey, as their goals and interests evolve, making the most of their time and attention.
The task was to define and address key areas of the experience in which the core pillars of the strategy (Live Better, Better Health Support and Better Health Cover) could be better incorporated.
We developed four illustrations representing the Medibank Live Better values, which were then weaved into an elevated visual design system, completely overhauling the app experience.
